Due to major utility upgrade work on both phone and internet connection lines in the city where our main customer service offices are located we are experiencing both phone and internet connection outages that happen intermittently through out the day and sometimes the night. We are able to both receive and process orders but the lines of communications are intermittent. If you need to contact us via phone please leave a message if we fail to answer.
