We want you to have as much faith in our products as we do. Therefore, we stand behind every item we sell.

Defective Products:
If any of our products are defective we will replace the item. We must be notified within 15 days of receiving any defective product.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
To obtain a RMA number, e-mail : office@letmeoutdoors.com or call us. Please include your name, address, products returning, order number, the defect of the product. The RMA number you receive must be clearly written on the return package. Once issued, RMA numbers are only valid for 30 days.

Defective items must be sent back with a copy of the original invoice that came with your order.

In the event of Damage Due to Shipping:
When you receive your order please inspect the box for any damages due to shipping. If any damage is noticed you must report it to the shipper (UPS, FedEX, Freight Co., etc) and file a damage claim, then contact us so we can follow up on the claim.

Other Returns:
We will only authorize all other return if the items are in their original condition, unused and in the boxes they were shipped in. There is a 20% restock fee on these returns. Shipping cost is non refundable.
