Shipping Time
Our smaller products usually will ship within 3 business days. Utility Carts usually ship within 3 business days. Patio Furniture can ship within 1-6 weeks. We will contact you if there is a expected shipping time over 2 weeks on furniture.

Shipping Notification
After placing an order with us you will receive a receipt via e-mail with your order number. This order number can be used on our Index Page to access the status of your order and to get the tracking number when it ships. Click on the Order Status Button, then enter your order number. Once your order has been received at our office the Order Status will show "Processing" on the status until it ships.

We only ship within the USA.
* Please note! We cannot ship to P.O. or A.P.O. boxes.

* For shipping rates on our products to Alaska or Hawaii please contact us as these rates will be higher.

In the event of damage due to shipping:
When you receive your order please inspect the box for any damages due to shipping. If any damage is noticed you must report it to the shipper (UPS, FedEX, Freight Co., etc) and file a damage claim, then contact us so we can help follow up on the claim.
